Let the Children Come

A unique energy and excitment is palpable this year! It's the first time since adding an elementary program in 2005 that all grades K-12 are located on one campus... and even in one building while we renovate a building for our thriving K-5 program.

We are grateful for the dozens of donors who have made gifts and pledges totaling $3.2 million toward the $4.5 million project.

Since summer 2018, we have:

  • Moved K-5 to main building
  • Completed asbestos abatement and tree removal
  • Gutted the building
  • Demolished the recording studio

We are seeking $500,000 by January 1, 2019, to:

  • Renovate classrooms on first and second floor of the building
  • Add a welcoming entrance with office space
  • Complete music and art rooms in the lower level.

When that is complete, we will seek another $800,000 to $900,000 to complete:

  • Parking lot upgrades for smooth drop off and pick up.
  • Build a Bridge. This outdoor learning space will connect the two school sites.
  • The Christopher Robin Gathering Space. This facility will be a place where community building happens every day, much like the family room in one’s home. The Gathering Space will also be a beautiful venue for rental purposes.
